The mac n' cheese me and Kathryn made =)

I had a minimum day at school today so right after school, I walked to Kathryn's house and hung out there for a bit until we decided to go to my house and make macaroni and cheese! So we went to Super A and then waited for the bus. Oh man, that bus smelled like pee the whole ride to my house. It was horrible! We had to smell the groceries we bought to cover up the disgusting smell on the bus. Anyways, it was the worst bus ride of our lives.

We made the macaroni and cheese without following any recipe so I guess that's pretty ballsy. The mac n' cheese came out pretty good, it had large elbow pasta, mozzarella cheese, red onions, ham, and panko (We were thinking of what to buy as we walked to the market!). Then we baked it in the oven and it came out super yummy! I think it could of had more cheese though, we should have bought two packages of mozzarella cheese instead of one.

Afterward, we hung out in my backyard with Missy and drank pineapple banana orange juice and hot jasmine green tea with honey!

Later on, we watched The Grey with another friend, Jesse, that movie was okay but could have been better. The ending sucks! Then we met up with Adriana and Jo-Fung and had some boba at Honeyboba. I ordered an Earl Grey Black Tea with Aloe because I didn't want to spend too much on drinks. It was fun because we gossiped and caught up on stuff. Super fun day overall =)
